You must be at least 21 years old to register. After submitting your details, you will receive a verification code via SMS or email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can log in and start playing right away.

jiliev requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before you can make withdrawals. You will need to submit a valid government-issued photo ID – accepted documents include your PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PRC ID. You may also be asked to submit a selfie holding your ID and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). Deposits

Log in to your jiliev account and go to the Cashier section. Enter the amount you wish to deposit (in Philippine Peso), follow the on-screen instructions, and your funds will be credited to your jiliev account almost instantly for e-wallet payments.

The minimum deposit at jiliev is ₱100 for most payment methods including GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum may be higher. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though very large deposits may require additional verification for security purposes.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jiliev account almost instantly – usually within seconds. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 15 minutes to 1 business day depending on your bank. 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments are typically processed within 30 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected time, please contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

jiliev does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Withdrawals

Go to the Cashier section of your jiliev account and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your account is fully verified (KYC complete) before requesting a withdrawal, as unverified accounts cannot process payouts.

jiliev processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest, often arriving within minutes of processing. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer to process.

The minimum withdrawal amount at jiliev is ₱200 for e-wallet methods like GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks to protect your account.

Withdrawal requests may be declined for several reasons: your account KYC verification is incomplete; you have an active bonus with unmet wagering requirements; the withdrawal details you entered do not match your registered account information; or there is a pending security review on your account.
